In the second half, Solskjaer's charges were unstoppable and put five goals in the opponent's net. Roma was weakened by injuries and couldn't answer any of the goals. The 6: 2 victory turned the second leg into a formality - the Red Devils lost 2:3 in Rome, but still went to the final.
In the Premier League, Manchester United performed well - a while ago they got to the second line and secured it, finishing the season without any stress while other teams had a very tough fight for the top four and the Champions League. In the last round, the Red Devils beat Wolverhampton 2:1 with the second team and finished second in the table with 74 points.
As for Manchester United's injuries, Anthony Martial and Phil Jones will definitely not be able to play. The appearance of Fred and Harry Maguire in the final is doubtful -Solskjaer will make his decision about the key central defender on the day of the game, the player might be able to play.
