Swiatek vs Badosa: prediction for the WTA Finals match

Paula Badosa didn't play a single official match for almost a month and before the start of Guadalajara tournament her condition was put under question. In mid-October Spanish player won a title of Indian Wells tournament and calmly prepared for her maiden WTA Finals tournament. As we see, it was a successful strategy for the World No. 10 player.

After two rounds Badosa clinched a play-off berth. She recorded both of her victories in the group without losing a single set. In the first match she trashed Aryna Sabalenka (6:4, 6:0). In the second round Badosa recorded a narrow victory over Maria Sakkari (7:6, 6:4). Both of those victories were recorded due to a great performance at the baseline. Spaniard was not taking too much risk, played very carefully, while Sakkari and Sabalenka played more aggressively and made way too many mistakes.
