Borussia Dortmund vs Besiktas: prediction for the Champions League fixture
Borussia lost three most recent Champions League matches, but will The Bumblebees be able to break that streak in the match against Besiktas on December 7? Should we expect a sensation? The answer is in our prediction.

A question about the 2nd spot was answered in the Lisboa match between Sporting and Borussia and again German team turned out to be on the losing side. A 1:3 defeat to Sporting left Borussia without any chance for a 2nd spot in the standings.
Besiktas
TurkeyBesiktas made a number of purchases during the summer and team hoped to put up a sensation in the group, but failed to overcome a class difference. Losing to Borussia (1:2) and Ajax (0:2) in first two matches champion of Turkey lost a chance for a play-off spot, but there was still an option to fight Sporting for the Europa League play-off spot. Portuguese side also had no points before the match against Besiktas.
Turkish side tried to put up a fight at home match, but their defense on corners was a nightmare - defensive mistakes led to a 1:4 defeat at home. Eagles stood no chance on away match, conceding four goals without an answer. After that team lost any chance to fight for a 3rd spot. In the previous round Besiktas had a chance to at least pick up the first points - Eagles opened the scoresheet in a home match against Ajax, but then Dutch team scored two goals and handed a fifth consecutive defeat to Besiktas.
