Pegula vs Swiatek: prediction for the WTA Miami match
On April 1, Jessica Pegula and Iga Swiatek will determine the second finalist of Miami tournament. We offer our prediction for the upcoming match.

Command Analysis

Jessica Pegula

Jessica Pegula failed to achieve a respectable result at Indian Wells, she was defeated by Bouzkova at the start (7:5, 2:6, 0:6). American player was fortunate enough to reach the semi-final here, playing only two full matches.
In two latest rounds, Kalinina and Badosa withdrew themselves from the competition due to health issues. At the start of the tournament Pegula managed to beat Stephens (6:1, 6:4) and Rybakina (6:3, 6:4). Jessica surely still has enough energy left, but will help her to beat Swiatek, who is in outstanding form?

Iga Swiatek

Iga Swiatek is going for her third consecutive title. Polish player has already claimed trophies at Doha and Indian Wells.
Swiatek reached the semi-final quite easily. None of her opponents managed to put up a good fight. Kvitova won six games in the quarter-final and no one managed to do any better (6:3, 6:3). Before that, Swiatek also beat Golubic, Brengle and Gauff. Polish player won each of these matches with a handicap of at least six games.

Tip and bets
In Miami Swiatek plays even better than in Indian Wells, where she won a title. She didn't lose a set to her opponents in the current tournament. Swiatek's serve is probably her main weapon. Gauff and Kvitova were unable to win a single game at Swiatek's serve. We don't think that Pegula will be able to do that.
American player managed to surprise in the match against Rybakina, but Elena is in a poor form now. In the current season Jessica is unable to compete against Top-10 players - she was crushed by Barty and Sakkari. We are expecting a comfortable victory from the new World No. 1.
Our prediction - Swiatek to win with a handicap of (-5) games
Swiatek recorded all of her victories at Miami in straight sets. No one managed to win more than six games against her. We are not expecting a better performance from Pegula.
Our second bet is on total under 20 games
