Brooklyn vs Cleveland: prediction for the NBA match
April 13 marks the start of NBA play-in matches, Nets and Cavaliers will be the first teams to step onto the floor. Who will advance further? The answer is in our prediction.

Command Analysis

Brooklyn Nets

Nets had their ups and downs throughout the current season, for some time team was at the top of the Eastern Conference and it club's position seemed untouchable. But everything suddenly changed. Kevin Durant got injuried, James Harden was traded to Philadelphia and Kyrie Irving was unavailable for home games, so New York team eventually dropped out of Top-6.
However, Brooklyn managed to improve the performance towards the end of the regular season. Team secured four victories in a row and rose to the 7th spot in the Eastern Conference. Steve Nash's men will try to hop in to the playoffs, but for that they need to beat Cleveland at home. Kyrie is finally available to play at home.

Cleveland Cavaliers

Cavs started to play much more aggressively, especially their young players. Team had a chance to clinch a Top-6 spot in the Eastern Conference, but due to a lack of experience team completely failed the ending of the season. Despite that, J.B. Bickerstaff should be happy with his team's performance, for the first time after LeBron James' departure Cavs have a real opportunity to advance into the playoffs.
Cleveland put up a great performance in the regular season, achieving a positive win-loss record. Now team needs to put up another wonderful performance, because a trip to New York is not going to be easy. Cavaliers are considered huge underdogs of the match by bookmakers.

Tip and bets
After latest matches it became clear that Cleveland lack experience. Team surely deserved some respect, but in crucial moment players were not persistent enough, injuries also affected team's performance. Cavs are extremely motivated for the match against the Nets.
Brooklyn gained fantastic form - team recorded four consecutive victories. Team rose to the 7th spot in the Eastern Conference. Kyrie Irving is now cleared to play at Barclays Center, so Kevin Durant won't be the only attacking option of the team. Nets are a clear favourite of the match, but we think that Cavs won't give the victory away so cheaply.
Our prediction - Handicap (+9.5) points for Cleveland Cavaliers
A play-off spot is at stake, so both opponents will surely give it all tonight. Both opponents are playing aggressively, so we are expecting a high-scoring game at Barclays Center.
Our second bet is on total over 222,5 points
