Real Madrid vs Liverpool: prediction for the Champions League match
Real Madrid crushed Liverpool at Anfield in the first leg. Can the Reds get revenge at Santiago Bernabeu on Wednesday? Here's our prediction.

Command Analysis

Real Madrid

Real Madrid competed with RB Leipzig, Shakhtar Donetsk, and Celtic in the Champions League group. Carlo Ancelotti's men were the clear favourites, and they had no trouble qualifying for the playoffs with 13 points from six games.
At first glance, Los Blancos got a tough draw in their first playoffs match, but the team's trip to Liverpool turned out to be a huge success. Real Madrid came back from 0-2 and humiliated the Reds at Anfield (5-2). In La Liga, the team is currently second in the standings, nine points behind Barcelona.

Liverpool

Liverpool were also considered a clear favorite in their group, but they couldn't finish in first place - Napoli had a better goal difference and beat the Reds to it. Finishing in second place eventually cost Liverpool having a weaker opponent.
Liverpool had a two-goal advantage over Real Madrid at home, but conceded five goals and lost almost all hope of qualifying for the quarterfinals. Things aren't going well for Jurgen Klopp's side in the Premier League, either. The Reds are currently in sixth place in the table, but they are only six points behind the fourth-placed Tottenham and can still fight for the top-four finish.

Tip and bets
The first match between the teams was quite shocking - Liverpool scored two quick goals, but then gave the initiative to Real Madrid. The Reds pressed on, but couldn't do much against the Spanish club. The visitors will strive to avenge the defeat and put their best foot forward on Wednesday. We are not convinced the Reds can make it into the quarterfinals, but believe they can get at least a draw here.
Our prediction - Liverpool will not lose
Real Madrid often allow themselves to relax in the second leg after securing a victory in the first one. That's why we consider taking a risk and betting on Liverpool's victory at Santiago Bernabeu. The four-goal advantage allows Real Madrid to be less focused in the second leg.
Our second bet - Liverpool to win
