Command Analysis

Norway

Current form
In the Norwegian relay application we see the Boe brothers, Laegreid and Soerum. Some questions are raised by Soerum appearance, but the guy showed himself well in Hochfilzen, took fifth place in the sprint and sixth in the pursuit, and stands out for his high speed on the ski track. There are also some questions about Tarjei Boe, who did not do well in the individual races in Hochfilzen, he was not consistent: he took 24th place in the sprint, after which he improved his result in the pursuit, moving up to tenth place. There are no questions about Johannes Boe and Laegreid, since the biathletes are currently leading the overall World Cup standings. In the first relay of the season in Kontiolahti, the Norwegians finished second, 25 seconds behind France.
Interesting trends, statistics
- Three of the five relay participants are in the top 8 overall
- Last season, the Norwegians won the small crystal globe in the relay event

France

Current form
The French team had a strong relay in Kontiolahti, when the quartet missed only two shots in total, which Jacquelin had in the standing position. As a result, they managed to take first place with a gap of 25 seconds over the Norwegians. The line-up in Hochfilzen will be the same as in Finland: Fabien Claude, Fillon Maillet, Perrault and Jacquelin. The four are now in perfect order, all biathletes are in the top 10 in the overall standings. Jacquelin showed himself well in Hochfilzen, when after 14th place in the sprint he managed to rise straight to second place in the pursuit. The only concern is the current form of Fillon Maillet, who was in 36th place in the sprint and 20th in the pursuit.
Interesting trends, statistics
- At the end of the last season, France was only fourth in the relay standings
- In the first relay of the season in Kontiolahti, the French missed only two shots
Trends
Norway to win race bet
In two of the last four relays, the Norwegians finished first.
1.55Tip and bets
In Kontiolahti, the French biathletes were practically flawless in shooting and were able to beat the Norwegians by a decent margin. We don’t think that they will be able to work at the same level in shooting for the second time in a row, after all, not everyone has this component very stable. The Norwegians are entering the season, many are improving, there are no problems with speed on the ski track, and they have a more balanced quartet in shooting. We believe that today the Norwegian team will take revenge and beat the French.
Our prediction is Norway is ahead of France with odds of 1.50
