Pliskova vs Vekic: a defeat for Donna?

We can't say that this is a successful season for Karolina Pliskova. We saw an inconsistent and below average performances from the Czech player. But even in that form Karolina managed to advance to the final of her favourite Rome tournament. Of course a 0:6, 0:6 loss to Iga Swiatek was not expected and no one could gave that prediction. But Pliskova will try to redeem herself at Paris tournament.

Pliskova doesn't have any major achievements at Roland Garros. But she regularly advances through one or two rounds at Paris. In the previous year she advanced to the second round, but then lost to Ostapenko (4:6, 2:6).
